Cattleman’s Corner is Rising from the Ashes
Construction has begun on a key corner in downtown Morristown. The historic Parks-Belk Building was devastated by an arson fire in 2024, but the property is getting new life through a redevelopment plan from local developer Kenny Noah.
After acquiring the site, Noah announced plans for “Cattleman’s Corner,” a proposed 90,000-square-foot development featuring a steakhouse restaurant, a western boutique-themed hotel, a rooftop bar, barbeque restaurant, and event spaces.
An upscale barbeque restaurant will open in late summer 2026 and offer premium smoked meats, tasty Southern sides, and an inviting dining experience. Rich wood accents and ambient lighting will create a warm yet friendly atmosphere. All come together to deliver an enjoyable dining experience ideal for special occasions, corporate gatherings, or a special evening in the heart of Morristown.
